Rob Scott began his career behind the wheel as a Formula 1 test driver for legendary teams including Ferrari and Porsche—an experience that sparked a lifelong obsession with speed, precision, and innovation. That same energy has powered his 35+ year journey in technology, where he has led five startups, three restarts, and one internally incubated venture.
As CEO of Cygilant (acquired by SilverSky) and Bradford Networks (acquired by Fortinet), Rob built and scaled companies through complex transformations and successful exits. At Hewlett-Packard, he drove the $400M sale of the HP Halo division to Polycom and led HP Networking to a $3B run rate following his recommendation to acquire 3Com.
